That smile when your phone beeps and you see that long awaited message. So I found out that an Average person checks their phone at least 110 times a day, that is an average of 9 times hourly, every blessed day.

Female students spend an average of ten hours a day on their cell phones, surfing the internet and sending 100+ messages

Health Risk associated with phone addiction...

  • Major one is stress and less sleep.
  • Back problems.
  • Nerve damage.
  • Low self esteem
  • It affects our social life : we end up shutting the world out, as we prefer chatting on social media more than physically
  • Depression creeps in as a result of maybe cyber bulling.
  • Anxiety
