Five basic things we can use to tackle stress...

Pacing around the reception area in the hospital was the least I could do, how could she not faint, I kept wondering 😖😖😖, Anabel was everywhere, you would see her making sure things are in place, cooking washing, cleanup, visits, name it, anything a lady can do, she barely has time for herself, no rest, always wanting to catchup with deadlines😖😖😑😑😥😰phew!!

So many of us ladies are just like Anabel, we want to help everyone, we want to be the perfect lady, meet up deadlines, work, cook, care.......... The list is endless.😰😰😥😥

Stress seems to be part of our everyday life the question now is how do we cope?? How do we manage it has ladies??

Five basic things we can use to tackle stress..

  1. Make a list........ Most of us are guilty of this, we just jump out of our bed daily, no goal to reach, no aim/target, we just lay our hands on any of our chores... WRONG VERY WRONG , if you keep doing that I bet you, you would end up doing nothing in a day and end up been stressed up.. There is one thing to write a goal or rather pen it down and another thing to keep to it.. So make a feasible/flexible list that goes with your time, and babe boom you're good to go..

2.Encourage yourself....

If you don't self motivate yourself, no one would do it for you.. Most of us ladies wakeup with negative thought, negative mindset, saying I don't think I can do this today,😞😞 hey baby you can and would do it better without negative thought... Change it today... Work done with a stressed out mind, makes you fatigue even before the main job is done.......

3. Learn to say NO...

YES I MEAN NO, most of us are guilty of this, no can be said in a polite manner too, you got Lot's of work piled up onyour table, or a lot of home work, but yet you quickly say yes to help a friend who is just lazy about her chores, it's not mean to say no when you can't help alright... The over caring fellow when you also have lots of unaccomplished job.. Then a friend rushes in and be like bae let's go swimming😤😤 you can still say no....

4. Share your responsibilities

It not a crime to share, just call a friend Hello girly can you come over if you're not busy.... That's all some might be willing to help.. It might be a work buddy, a course mate or just a friend... It better than over stressing yourself....

5. Sleep at least 8hours a day....

If it's not possible you can take a nap rest at least 7hours a day, sleepless night won't help you, it only end up with anxiety, headaches, anorexia, insomnia, grabbing coffee the next morning to stay awake, grabbing a junk food, irregular meals, tiredness too....

Take a walk
Snacks on fruits not junk
Take a Nap
Meditate
Go to spa
Get a massage
Go for picnic
Go for a vacation
All work and no play makes '' 👱👱" a 😷 lady....

PCOS: MY HEALTH AND I AS A LADY

I'll like to say, Next time when you see a fat young girl, don’t criticize!!! She might be just in need of medical Help. Is she gaining weight rapidly? Don't be too quick to criticise or talk about people.... Speak Good things to them at least.  You see someone and say hy are you just getting fat anyhow? and the person is just dealing with going through medications and facing health challenges and you start to say insensitive things.
