  • Love yourself .............................. Oooh.. My friends out there without me? I don’t think am important 😥 “feel like the whole world is on my shoulders” Hey baby girl… yes you reading this right now, nobody can love you like you do …..

  • Get rid of the trigger If you’re gonna sit there all day thinking about that issues, hey baby trust me you aren’t going anywhere… when depressed look for the trigger and eliminate it… trust me it’s not gonna be easy but it’s the best you can do for your self… …

  • Speak out. Look for a friend, a stranger, adult, anyone you feel when you talk to would make you feel better…. If no-one is ther pen it down… do anything that would make you feel you!

  • Get involvedMost times when we tend to feel depressed, you find out that you do the same thing over and over again… Wake up…. Eat… sleep… No more social life, no more shopping no more fashions.. We kill ourselves … you need to get out there get involved do what would make you feel better!
    Hit the gym 💪
    Go watch a movie 🎥
    Dance 💃
They seems so few but it's gonna help... Just give it a try
