Lets talk about Beans!

I'm not a food blogger just some random thought that has nothing to do with COVID-19. Either ways I'll plead we do the needful.
Back to my story For some reasons I've always wonder why a typical Nigerian child grew up with hate for beans🀧. Poor innocent sweet beans!
Growing up eating beans was like me eating stones. Oh well it's also said that boys love beans more and they believe it makes them tallerπŸ™„πŸ˜, where's the lie?

Either ways Beans is a nutritious proteinousπŸ€£πŸ˜‚, delicious food. Either ways, would you love to have itπŸ€—  the normal Porridge beans or Ewa goyin with agege breadπŸ˜‹ as the Yoruba's would call it Or beans and stewπŸ€”.
Do you know that there's a whole lot of variety of beans😱. The one i used in the picture above we call it OLOKA Beans over here in Bayelsa state it has different colors of beans mixed together.
We also have; Honey beans, Iron beans, Brown beans,  etc.
We would  hear more about the nutritional value from my able dietician 😊 tomorrow stay tune.

What's your beans experience, let's talk about itπŸ˜‹.

The menstrual cycle is usually between 28-35days for most women. Ovulation does makes menstrual cycle regular. What brings about ovulation ?
