I'm not a food blogger just some random thought that has nothing to do with COVID-19. Either ways I'll plead we do the needful.
Back to my story For some reasons I've always wonder why a typical Nigerian child grew up with hate for beansπ€§. Poor innocent sweet beans!
Growing up eating beans was like me eating stones. Oh well it's also said that boys love beans more and they believe it makes them tallerππ, where's the lie?
Either ways Beans is a nutritious proteinousπ€£π, delicious food. Either ways, would you love to have itπ€ the normal Porridge beans or Ewa goyin with agege breadπ as the Yoruba's would call it Or beans and stewπ€.
Do you know that there's a whole lot of variety of beansπ±. The one i used in the picture above we call it OLOKA Beans over here in Bayelsa state it has different colors of beans mixed together.
We also have; Honey beans, Iron beans, Brown beans, etc.
We would hear more about the nutritional value from my able dietician π tomorrow stay tune.
What's your beans experience, let's talk about itπ.

Its so interesting and coolππ
