ANOREXIA
I had always wanted to write about this as it a common saying among ladies you often hear them say " oh am watching my weight" sometimes I wonder what weight! They are slowly getting into the state of what doctors call Anorexia I.e the fear of weight gain, sometimes you see some of them so skinny yet claim they are fat!
The picture aboves speaks about everything, a Lady who sees herself to be fat but she is slim, can you imagine😖😖😖😖
She has develop eating disorder, so many people suffer from it today.
So many things leads to Anorexia either because of some silly reasons like
- Comments from friends like " o dear! You beginning to add up!
- sometimes we often want to look exactly like models, so skinny and sexy, but those models eat good foods, they are on diet too but we're not, so why the stress??
- They feel looking skinny is sexy and attracts the opposite sex!
- Some want to feel among the crowd.
The list seems endless.......
little tips to overcome anorexia
- First things first love yourself, your look every dam thing about you
- eat healthy, eat right
- Do a little exercise
- look neat when dressed, wear clothes that suit your body shape don't just wear because everyone is wearing they might never suit you!
- Then you good to go!
