5. there are lots of uses of avocados , its used for facials, i remember using it for my natural hair too. avocados is simply a very health fatty food

3. watermelon, yes it juicy, refreshing reduces dehydration but do you know it has other health benefits too???

our body system is slightly alkaline range of 7.4 eating sugars and junk foods put the body system off balance but watermelon is an alkaline fruit that helps to neutralize the acidic compound in our diets hence it maintains our body systems makes it balanced.

4. many ladies do not know the benefits of yogurt to the vaginal and their body in general.
