Day 4, 10 activities to boost your self confidence



Walt Disney said sometimes i cant believe that there are any heights that cant be scaled by a man who knows the secrets of making dreams come true. this special secrets it seems to me can be summarized in four Cs CURIOSITY, CONFIDENCE, COURAGE, CONSTANCY, CONFIDENCE.
still on the confidence series if you have not read day 3 you should, day 4 would be on 10 activities to boost your self confidence



  1. Go beyond your boundaries
 going out of your comfort zone, do something scary, acquire more knowledge, seating back at home, wrapping yourself up and asking questions why you are not confidence wont change anything

2.Stop comparison:
 comparing yourself to others is the best way to kill the inner you, it more like an engineer using the blue prints of his friend to build a house regardless of his own building plan how do you thing that house would look like. its better you criticize  your self than compare


3.Set short term realistic achievable goals in your journal,
 always have with you a pen and a little book when ever you go out, inspirations and ideas come from any where. set your goal achieve them.

4.visualize yourself been confidence
 I don't know how to dance but i see myself dancing in my head, if you want to be self confidence learn how to see things before you do them

5.Act like it
You want to be confidence  act it, let people see you that way, you don't walk, talk, looking all timid and depressed, putting your head down folding your arms, trying to avoid eye contact when talking to  someone. NO.

6.always dress smart
 It build up your self confidence spirit, dressing like you don't care makes you look a little bit more irresponsible, dress the way you want to be addressed

7.Gain more knowledge
 Be fully prepared for what ever situations you find your self don't be throw off balance

8.Exercise
 keeping fit, looking fit improves your self confidence

9.Learn 
learn, new things everyday don't stop learning

10. Gratitude
Show some form of gratitude when you achieve a goal to yourself it makes you want to do more
