Depression is a mental illness characterized by several rejection and it's a type of mood disorder, it is also one of the mood disorders found commonly amongst womenπŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜–

Grace said depression is what most ladies fight with as a result of inability to get the best one expects.

Celine said she thinks depression could also be as a result of frustrations -being bored-

πŸ‘—why are women mostly depressedπŸ˜–πŸ˜–

πŸ˜–women are mostly depressed as a result of stress, most ladies undergo a lot of stress compared to guys .
πŸ˜–most ladies are abused in so many ways
πŸ˜–we invest more into relationships.
πŸ˜–Hormonal changes also, menstral cycle, pregnancy or even menopause.

Amanda asked the house how they feel when they are depressedπŸ˜–πŸ˜–

Grace said she feels very sick, lost her appetite, was not in the mood for fun, wanted to be left alone.

Ifeim said she lost interest in all the things she liked, she couldn't sleep and then she thought of suicide.

Whitney said she had the feeling of been intimidated.

Depression becomes a clinical condition if it's last for more than a week at most two weeks.
There is a thin line between depression and sadness, when depressed you feel rejected, you lose interest in everything, you sleep a lot just to avoid people, you also feel like taking your lifeπŸ˜–πŸ˜–πŸ˜–

πŸ‘— How do we tackle itπŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ

When depressed try to be in the company of people.
Pray.
Take a long walk.
Listen to music (not sad ones please.
Take pictures.
Do things you literally love.😘😘😘

Megan said basically just distract yourself with the things you love.


Things that might likely trigger depression

🌴Getting into a relationship that would Go a long run, have people who had value , to your life, give time before going into and never forget God.

Whitney said funny enough, friends contribute to it also😚

Grace said the last time I was depressed
Listen to all music in my phone, took a walk, called friends but they failed 😭😭😭

🌴Aliya asked, can someone be depressed  and not know cause I doubt if the use here.

Tips

Avoid friends who contribute to it
Never get depressed because of your feminine characteristics.
Some girls feel their bodies are not perfect and always want to look like someone and in the end they cannot, they end up getting depressed.

🌴It is not a bad thing to admire someone but both of you dear are different
🌴Never take someone for granted is if he/she feels suicidal.

Whitney said, if you know the cause of depression how do you avoid it??

Gift said, what if the cause is you not reaching your goals on time or rather family stress???

Avoid causes of depression basically, even when our menstral cycle is the cause we should learn to work around with it and do things that cheer you up.

Talk to yourself life is in steps, time would come don't be in a rush, life is bit by bit, involve God in family issues.

Depression is a serious medical issue because mist people are in denial, they never admit they are depressed and therefore never seek for help.
