Based on our addiction series!

Out of 1,292 women who were surveyed, 44% felt negative about themselves when not wearing makeup, 16% felt unattractive, 14 felt naked! The rest said they just can't be without makeup!

The Merriam-Webster dictionary says make up is like making up for a deficiency!

When we say makeup we dont mean for our faces only, it's a cosmetic applied to other parts of our body too!

There are so many reasons why ladies makeup but I wouldn't be going into that today, as not to deviate from our addiction series.



10 health risks associated with cosmetic addiction

(1) Aging.
(2) Cancer.
(3) Damage to our natural nails. 
(4) menstrual cycles disorder as things like talcum powder and some strong fragrance have an effect when they come in contact with our genitals. 
(5) Hair issues! Breaking, falling, and the rest due to much chemicals. 
(6) Allergies and skin disease when we use harsh chemicals on our skin. 
(7) No make up no event, and we end up pushing our social life away!
(8) Spend more, on makeup than our very self. 
(9) Lipsticks if we must know, contains aluminum, zinc oxide leading to anemia and glucose intolerance too. 
(10) We end up having mental issues when we don't wear make up of any kind, we feel we aren't beautiful without  it!

Just an advice Ladies, we should  cut down the use of heavy makeup knowing fully well the health risks.

Make sure you don't wear them on too long.

See a dermatologist to know the kind of cosmetics that are healthy for your skin.

Chemical free gels/bath soap should be used to keep our genetials health!

Just an advice ladies, please make up is not a do or die affair!
